• Lead sales to achieve the company's KPIs with a high standard of professionalism and compliance excellence.
• Establish and manage a strong presence in the market, developing robust relationships with merchants, and business partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities, develop prospect leads in eCommerce services and overseas markets.
• Take care existing merchants and business partners to maintain stability of sales volumes.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage and support new programs, management initiatives and provide Director with advices.
• Collaborate closely with team members on new programs and initiatives.
