Data & Business Metrics Management
Work closely with management and internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and standardize business and information needs.
Evaluate, define, and standardize business metrics and KPIs across the organization.
Review reports and performance indicators to filter, validate, and clean data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Dashboards & Reporting Systems
Build, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor business and operational performance.
Monitor data quality and reliability of data sources used for reporting and analysis.
Standardize reporting frameworks and reduce reliance on manual, fragmented reporting processes.
Business & Operational Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate requirements, understand business needs, and deliver projects in a timely manner.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as requested by management or business teams.
Provide customer analysis reports, team performance analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 year of proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Advanced Excel skill with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of data visualization and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, R, or ETL frameworks)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
