About The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Sales & Business Development Manager to drive our revenue goals and expand our client base in Vietnam.
This is a dynamic, "hunter" role for a sales professional who thrives on building new relationships. You will be responsible for the full sales-cycle, from converting inbound marketing leads to proactively developing your own client pipeline through strategic networking and partner channels.
Your primary goal is to connect high-net-worth clients with our premium suite of services, including Australia and New Zealand visas, property investments, and business solutions. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is motivated by an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to build a significant business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Proactively engage and convert potential clients from marketing-generated leads (e.g., Facebook, Google campaigns) via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Consult with new and existing clients to deeply understand their financial and personal goals, recommending appropriate visa, property, or business solutions.
- Develop clear and compelling written proposals and plans to ensure clients fully understand the value of our programs.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients, conducting persistent follow-ups to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Represent the company professionally at seminars, webinars, and trade expos to generate new sales opportunities.
2. Business Development & Strategic Networking
- Build and nurture a robust referral network of partners, including bankers, insurance advisors, financial planners, and real estate agents.
- Systematically leverage your personal and professional contacts to enrich the client database and source new opportunities.
- Identify and recruit new corporate partners to expand our market reach.
- Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Client & Case Management
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to successful engagement, building long-term trust and loyalty.
- Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation for their applications (if required).
- Coordinate with third-party partners (translation, valuation, audit companies) to ensure a smooth and efficient administrative process for the client.
