Business Intelligence Analyst

Ru9 is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in analyzing business performance, overseeing business tools, and optimizing processes to support the company’s growth. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless operations across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data analysis, business processes, and tools such as ERP, CRM, and project management (PM) systems, enabling them to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting (40%)

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics (e.g., sales performance, customer behavior, operational efficiency).

- Provide regular updates and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making by leadership and other stakeholders.

- Translate complex data into clear, comprehensible insights for non-technical teams.

2. Business Process Optimization (40%)

- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to understand, evaluate, and improve current business processes.

- Oversee and manage business tools such as ERP, CRM, and project management systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized and aligned with business needs.

- Identify inefficient workflows, bottlenecks, or gaps, and propose solutions to improve overall efficiency and scalability.

- Work alongside cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement optimized workflows and process changes.

- Monitor the success of implemented changes and continuously seek opportunities for further process enhancement.

3. Strategic Support and Tool Management (20%)

- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Collaborate with leadership to define business objectives and ensure alignment across teams.

- Take ownership of evaluating and integrating new business tools and software to streamline operations and improve productivity.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on using business tools effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with hands-on involvement in business process optimization and tool management.

- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, Asana, or equivalent).

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

- Solid understanding of business processes and workflow optimization.

- Technical proficiency in managing business tools and systems, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
