Provide Korean–Vietnamese / Vietnamese–Korean interpretation during meetings, seminars, and daily working activities.
Deliver customer care, maintain and develop customer relationships; conduct regular site visits and prepare project status reports.
Follow up with customers to ensure completion of required documents and procedures.
Handle administrative paperwork such as contracts, supporting documents, marketing materials, reports, and other related documentation.
Support Business Analysis (BA)–related tasks, including requirement analysis and data research.
Maintain good relationships with key partner banks and support business-related activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to implement and deliver services to customers effectively and on schedule.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors
