Mô tả công việc

Performance campaign management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data) to translate business needs into effective digital campaigns.
  • Proactively connect with potential vendors to explore and test new ad features, platforms, and objectives to identify growth opportunities.

Mobile app performance:

  • Manage and optimize paid performance plans to boost app installations and consumer engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of app data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Continuously develop and execute A/B tests to enhance the quality of app installs.

Data-driven decision making:

  • Build and maintain trustworthy dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze website and app traffic to guide and optimize paid channel campaigns.

Team collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and identify new growth initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on large-scale branding campaigns and mobile app performance
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity to marketing and consumer metrics
  • Proven record in running multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with Data and Product to setup tracking flow for mobile app
  • Ability to use marketing tools: Google Analytics (web, app), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer/ Adjust, SimilarWeb...
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth mindset, bias to actions and a can-do spirit.
