- Receive and follow up Sales Orders (SO) from the Sales team.
- Prepare, manage and file Sales Contracts for both local and export orders.
- Coordinate with HO, Forwarders, Warehouse and Accounting to:
- Arrange local deliveries and export shipments
- Prepare basic shipping, export and customs documents
- Track shipment and delivery status; confirm cargo receipt and provide after-sales support.
- Follow up customer payments and remind customers when payment due dates arrive.
- Support sub-label printing and product notification for F&B, Food products and cosmetic items (working with agencies when required).
- Assist with basic Office Administration tasks when needed.
- Supporting sourcing and finding new customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Admin, Export, Logistics or related positions.
- Basic knowledge of sales contracts, delivery and trade documents.
- Careful, well-organized, responsible and good coordination skills.
- Fluent English is preferable
