1. Dealership operations
- Oversee administrative and operational processes for new store openings and renovations, including budget tracking and contract coordination.
- Maintain nationwide dealer data, contracts, and payment tracking, ensuring policy and system compliance.
2. Incentive, warranty, and reconciliation
- Calculate and reconcile sales incentives and bonuses for company-owned stores and dealerships per trade policies.
- Reconcile warranty claims across channels in coordination with Finance and After-sales teams.
3. Inventory and order management
- Conduct and coordinate inventory checks for vehicles and materials at stores and dealerships; investigate variances.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Own end-to-end sales operations processes: order management, fulfillment, invoicing coordination, and post-sales adjustments.
4. Systems management (DMS & SAP)
- Manage sales systems (DMS, SAP), ensuring data accuracy and proper usage.
- Create and manage user accounts based on predefined access rights.
5. Performance analysis and reporting
- Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
