Sales Support

- Searching suppliers to select the best one who can provide goods with the best prices, good quality as well as delivery time as requirement.

- Have skill of negotiation as well to get competitive price of goods or service from suppliers.

- Develop relationship with suppliers/partners for further business chance.

- Solve the trouble in the procurement process if any.

- Making Quotation and Contract and revise upon the request from Front sales or Engineering Team on system.

- Update/changing the price/cost on system if the required scope be changed.

- Consult for Sale team about the business scope, do the right things as company business license.

- Create new customer code on system

• 1-2 years of sales support experience, or procurement experience (experience in Japanese company is refer)
• Knowledge/experience in IT field is advantage.
• Able to work in teams as well as independently.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Welcome for Freshers who want to challenge and improve skills in professional working environment.
