• Lead the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
• Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
• Own the end-to-end merchant integration process, from requirement gathering to implementation and go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a product marketing or product manager in a startup environment
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development (e.g.: SQL)
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Strong intuition for user behaviors combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution with a strong sense of ownership
• Highly motivated, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment that is continually changing
• Fluency in English a must
