Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role contributes to MRO business, one of our main businesses, in the aspect of accounting and administration.

1. General Accounting

  • Ensure timeliness, completeness of collecting invoices, documentations & information’s from suppliers and customers in order to serve for monthly closing.
  • Check the collected documents and make payment on the internet banking.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of information used for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and external financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate books and records of MRO business in accordance with VAS Principles and deadlines. Inform the books and records to General Affairs Department.
  • Review national or internal regulations to ensure risk free and legally acceptable transaction and operations of the business.

2. Support & coordination

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Check and order necessary food and drink for company.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Around 3 years of accounting field and administration or sales administration.
  • Understand VAS, Vietnam Tax Regulations.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience using an accounting system, e.g. MISA is preferable.
  • Experiences in trading and service company is preferable.

2. Communication & Mindset

  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Capability to work into details, petty issues.
  • Collaborative and eager to improve how things work.
