We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role contributes to MRO business, one of our main businesses, in the aspect of accounting and administration.
1. General Accounting
- Ensure timeliness, completeness of collecting invoices, documentations & information’s from suppliers and customers in order to serve for monthly closing.
- Check the collected documents and make payment on the internet banking.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of information used for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and external financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate books and records of MRO business in accordance with VAS Principles and deadlines. Inform the books and records to General Affairs Department.
- Review national or internal regulations to ensure risk free and legally acceptable transaction and operations of the business.
2. Support & coordination
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Check and order necessary food and drink for company.
